Yuzu Kosho


The iconic condiment from the islands of Japan. Re-imagined with Riverland grown yuzu and green chilies.

Using Australian green chilies it is much milder than the original which really allows the yuzu to sing and tingle your lips.

Combine with raw fish for a bright and zesty ceviche, add to your bowl of ramen to brighten up a rich broth or make a compound butter to smear over some barbecued Marron this summer!
