Buckwheat Soy Sauce


A non-traditional soy sauce made with roasted buckwheat in place of wheat.

Punchy and salty, real usukuchi style with a hint of sweetness from the addition of Koji rice mid-fermentation.

Fermented for 12 months, pressed, pasteurized and bottled all by hand.

Oh and btw it's gluten free!
